Caesars Palace
Guests can leave the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day cooking to the chefs of Restaurant Guy Savoy, Rao’s, Old Homestead and Serendipity 3 at Caesars Palace this year. Restaurant Guy Savoy will serve a Christmas Prestige menu, priced at $375 per person, on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The menu features line caught sea bass and spaghetti squash, Hamachi tartare, cauliflower bavaroise and Golden Osetra caviar in cold steam and more. Additionally, there will be a vegetarian version of the menu available. On Christmas Eve, Rao’s is celebrating the Italian-American tradition of the “Feast of the Seven Fishes” with a variety of seafood dishes, including baked clams oreganata, seafood salad, Dijon and horseradish panko-crusted salmon and more. On Christmas Day, the iconic Italian restaurant will serve several specialty dishes including Lobster Diavolo over squid ink pasta, herb crusted prime rib and coconut cake. Serendipity 3 will offer a few special items including a Christmas prime rib dinner for $29, date shake with fresh dates, vanilla bean ice cream and a pinch of nutmeg as well as a homemade bread pudding sundae. Old Homestead will offer a Christmas Dinner Pre Fix menu with Petaluma chicken, Atlantic salmon, New York-style cheesecake and more.

Flamingo Las Vegas

The multi-talented cast of Legends in Concert, Las Vegas’ longest-running live tribute show at Flamingo Las Vegas, will spread holiday cheer with its annual holiday show taking place now through Thursday, Dec. 24. The current cast has a range of music legends, from contemporary pop stars to classic icons. Guests will be able to watch the stars align at Legends in Concert during special holiday show times available to view on the show’s website at www.legendsinconcert.com.

Celebrate the holidays with Piff’s Piffmas Piff-Tacular, which will run Monday, Dec. 21 through Wednesday, Dec. 30, giving Piff a chance to take a break from the road and spread festive joy and good cheer like a particularly irritating rash. All shows begin at 8 p.m. inside the Bugsy’s Cabaret at Flamingo Las Vegas.

The Cromwell

Giada De Laurentiis is serving her take on the “Feast of the Seven Fishes” at her namesake restaurant, GIADA, with a four-course tasting menu, beginning with a signature antipasti platter. Following that, guests have their choice between Persimmon salad and lemon Prosecco risotto with shrimp. Third course options include salt-crusted Branzino for two or grilled lobster with citrus herb butter, followed by chocolate panettone bread pudding with white coffee gelato or limoncello soufflé with buttermilk gelato for dessert. The festive tasting menu will be available for dinner Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Perfect the foodie in your life, GIADA gift cards are also available for purchase inside the restaurant.

Bally’s Las Vegas

On Christmas Day, BLT Steak will offer a delectable three-course menu for $80 with selections such as roasted butternut squash, foie gras and quail, dry aged prime rib, Loch Duart pan-seared salmon, cranberry spiced bread pudding and chocolate-chestnut tart. At Burger Brasserie, a la carte specials will be available to celebrate the holidays, including deep fried stuffing, classic pot pie, sweet potato pecan pie and more.

Paris Las Vegas

A special $42 three-course menu will be available at the Parisian-inspired Café St. Louis featuring traditional roasted potato soup, grilled root vegetable salad, seared red snapper, traditional turkey and stuffing, grilled lamb chop and decadent pumpkin crème brulee, among the selections.

Special holiday offerings will be available at Le Village Buffet at Paris Las Vegas, Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, in addition to the usual wide array of dishes.

The LINQ Promenade & High Roller
The LINQ Promenade celebrates the holiday season with the property’s “Winter Parq” festivities, offering fun for guests of all ages. The annual holiday show continues through January 1, 2016, with nightly performances on the hour from 5-9 p.m. Performers dance and sing to the classic holiday songs on an interactive float near the The LINQ Promenade Fountains. Snow falls nightly across the promenade, every 30 minutes from 5 p.m. to midnight. The show also features flatland BMX riders who will perform tricks nightly, at 7:25 p.m., 8:25 p.m., 9:25 p.m. and 10:15 p.m.

Start your New Year’s Eve party with a pub crawl at The LINQ Promenade from 8-11 p.m. Tickets are $75 and include 10 drinks from the following locations: Flour & Barley, ameriCAN, Tilted Kilt, TAG, O’Sheas and 3535. Visitors can also enjoy free live entertainment from Karma on The LINQ Promenade fountains stage from 8-11 p.m. Stilt walkers will amaze crowds as they from the promenade on New Year’s Eve.

Experience a New Year’s Eve blowout more extravagant than ever in a private High Roller cabin overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.
