Enjoy special menus at Anthony’s Prime Steak and Seafood, Burgers & Brews, Jayde Fuzion and Studio B Buffet on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve as well as special holiday hours for all M Resort restaurants starting Friday, Dec. 22. Plus, join M Resort as they celebrate the start of 2019 with live entertainment on New Year’s Eve at Hostile Grape, Ravello Lounge and M Bar.
The following are holiday and New Year’s Eve offerings available at each venue:
DINING
Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood Winter Seasonal Menu
Enjoy Anthony’s new seasonal menu starting Dec. 19! Including regular favorites, guests can also enjoy limited time editions such as a selection of starters and for seafood lovers, Ora king salmon and ahi tuna. Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood will be open at its regular hours Monday – Sunday from 5 – 10 p.m. and opening at 4 p.m. on Christmas Day. The restaurant will have regular hours of operation on Christmas Eve.
Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood New Year’s Eve Menu
Ring in the new year with Anthony’s special New Year’s Eve menu. Choose from a select list of starters such as the seafood bounty, braised oxtail ravioli or lobster bisque. For the main course, diners can enjoy selections such as prime bone-in filet mignon, roasted chicken, king salmon, Australian lobster tail and much more. For dessert, indulge in vanilla crème brûlée, panettone bread pudding, Anthony’s signature milk chocolate souffle, peanut butter pie and chocolate-hazelnut mini macarons. Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood will be open from 5 – 11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. The regular menu will not be served.
Burgers & Brews
This holiday season, diners can indulge in Burgers & Brews’ finest varieties of burgers featuring delicious toppings with a twist – stout braised short ribs, spiced pastrami and cranberry-Blue Moon orange mayonnaise – and splurge with a side of homemade fries and the ultimate gelato tasting for two. Guests can also try the Christmas Day special, which includes chilled gulf prawns with horseradish cocktail sauce for an appetizer and a roasted prime rib of beef with Yukon mashed potatoes, sautéed asparagus and creamy horseradish entree for $35.99. Burgers & Brews holiday hours will be from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. starting Friday, Dec. 22 until Sunday, Jan. 6 and will extend its hours until 11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve.
Jayde Fuzion
Normally closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, Jayde Fuzion will welcome guests with a special holiday menu on Christmas Day, Tuesday, Dec. 25 and on New Year’s Eve, Monday, Dec. 31 for $41.99 per person. OpenTable’s Diners’ Choice for one of the best overall restaurants in Las Vegas, Jayde Fuzion will satisfy guests’ cravings with an all-you-can-eat menu featuring sushi and Asian specialties. Offering an intimate dining experience with a sushi bar and a private dining room, guests can also enjoy restaurant seating featuring great views of the resort’s pool as well as an outdoor terrace for al fresco dining.
Studio B Buffet
Gather with family and friends this holiday season at Studio B Buffet. Enjoy over 300 dishes, an omelet station and complimentary champagne, mimosas, beer and wine. On Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, join Studio B for a special lobster and seafood buffet including grilled lemon-garlic buttered lobster tails, red wine-mint yogurt roasted leg of lamb, chilled and steamed snow crab legs, chilled oysters on the half shell, herb roasted turkey, roasted rosemary-garlic salt crusted prime rib of beef, oxtail soup, authentic dim sum, vegan and Indian inspired dishes and, of course, handmade desserts.
The holiday lobster and seafood specials are available from 11 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Christmas Day, Tuesday, Dec. 25 and from 4 – 9 p.m. and on New Year’s Eve, Monday, Dec. 31 for $49.99 for adults and $33.99 for children, ages 5 – 8. Guests can also enjoy a Seafood Brunch from 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Monday, Dec. 31 for $41.99 for adults and $29.99 for children, ages 5 – 8. Studio B Buffet holiday hours will be from 11 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. starting Monday, Dec. 24 until Sunday, Jan. 6.
NEW YEAR’S EVE ENTERTAINMENT
Hostile Grape
Toast to New Year’s Eve at Hostile Grape as the Jetset Club Duo perform the top 40 and today’s hits from 7:30 – 11:30 p.m. A recipient of Wine Spectator‘s Best of Award of Excellence, Hostile Grape is the perfect destination to enjoy live music while sipping on a glass of wine with friends in a comfortable, fun and hip atmosphere. Experienced wine enthusiasts can revel in the selection of boutique wines and hand-crafted cocktails and choose from more than 160 wines by the glass and over 400 wines by the bottle including a collection of fine American, Italian and French wines as well as selections from Spain, Germany and more. All the makings of a fruitful experience are at hand, with a unique wine dispensing system in which pre-paid cards are available to enjoy pours of one, three or five ounces. Normally closed on Sundays, Hostile Grape will also be open on Sunday, December 30th with entertainment playing top 40s and todays hits.

Don’t miss the party on New Year’s Eve, complete with the Go-Go Dancers and DJ PZB spinning the top 40 and today’s hits from 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.Whether toasting to the weekend’s adventure or sharing a nightcap, M Bar offers a selection of original libations in the center of all the action on the casino floor. From the stylishly chic lounge, guests can order an array of handcrafted cocktails, wine or beer while being surrounded by visual entertainment, contemporary music, videos and entertainment.
Ravello Lounge
Overlooking the casino floor and the uniquely designed Ravello stage, Ravello Lounge is a lively, music-driven bar that offers a unique selection of cocktails alongside live musical performances by top tier talent and DJs. Starting at 9 p.m., ring in 2019 as Velvet Elvis performs and DJ Natalia spins the top hits from each decade starting with the 70s and ending with today’s hits.
