Priced at $59 per person, the four-course meal will begin with two starters to choose from: chestnut soup topped with foie gras or a frisèe salad made with Nueske’s bacon and a ‘perfect poached egg,’ a sous vide egg by Chef Michel Richard. The second course will offer the choice of lobster risotto served with browned butter or seared halibut with a citrus emulsion.

The main course will feature two entrées: veal chop with morel sauce or a New York strip steak with roasted shallot bordelaise sauce made with red wine syrah. For dessert, guests will choose from: raspberry cheesecake or Chef Richard’s famous chocolate bar served in a hazelnut sauce.
