Chayo Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar to Salud to Independence Day
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar at The LINQ will kick off Fourth of July weekend with a Firework Fiesta daiquiri and kegerator beer specials from Friday, July 4 through Sunday, July 6.
Patrons may indulge in the 32-ounce Fireworks Fiesta frozen drink, layered with patriotic red, white and blue daiquiri flavors, priced at $15. Patriots will kick back and relax with kegerator beer specials, including Corona Light and Cerveza Pacifíco Clara, priced at $5.
All weekend-long, partygoers will enjoy the restaurant’s high-energy atmosphere with a live DJ, sexy bull riders, and late night hours.
Executive Chef Ernesto Zendejas, a Mexico City native, will be preparing signature dishes including: guacamole topped with pomegranate seeds and served with pork rinds or tortilla chips; pork sopes made with chorizo and queso fresco; quesadilla frita with Oaxaca cheese and poblano peppers; tostadas served with marinated pulled pork and black beans; and a chicken torta adorned with avocado and queso fresco.
