“National Beauty” is a dance poem inspired by white-and-blue porcelain, bamboo painting, the art of calligraphy, tea ceremony, and traditional Chinese medicine. It derives from the concept of freehand and realism painting, reflecting the intrinsic elegance of poetry, calligraphy, rites and music. The performance resembles a colorful flowing poem – a moving painting – and carries forward Chinese culture.
