Comedy Magician Mike Hammer Takes the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge at Four Queens Hotel in Las Vegas
Comedy Magician and Four Queens headliner Mike Hammer was tagged for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and was doused with ice by his show assistants in front of the Four Queens Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
In case you have been living in the woods without internet access, this is where someone is challenged to either pay $100 to the ALS Association or have a bucket of ice water dumped on their head. Mike has accepted the challenge and changed it up… a little less water, more ice and a $100 contribution to the charity. The Ice Bucket Challenge helps raise awareness of Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS).

“This is great awareness for ALS and also reminded me how to spell challenge,” said Hammer.
After completing the challenge, you are allowed to challenge other people. Hammer has decided to challenge Master Magician Lance Burton, CBS Radio personality and host of “Live and Local” Kevin Wall, lead singer of the Zowie Bowie Band, Zowie Bowie (aka Chris Phillips), violinist extraordinaire Lydia Ansel, and performer/model Chloe Crawford.
Mike Hammer will be co-hosting “Live and Local” with Kevin Wall this Wednesday, August 20, on CBS Las Vegas KXNT 100.5 FM.
