That’s one horny cake! After dinner, Casino Owner Derek Stevens presented Horny Mike with a custom-made birthday cake.

The party continued on at the World Famous LONGBAR where a large crowd formed to get a picture with the duo. No visit to the D Casino Hotel is complete without a picture with one of their sexy Slushy Bartenders. Looks like the guys really enjoyed taking this photo.
