Country Sensation Travis Tritt to Perform at Eastside Cannery Dec. 3

To welcome the National Final Rodeo to Las Vegas, Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel presents acclaimed country music star Travis Tritt to the Casablanca Event Center Friday, December 3 at 10 p.m. With hit songs “Anymore,” “Foolish Pride,” and “Best of Intentions” Travis Tritt has made a name for himself in the country music world with his unique blues sound.

American country music star Travis Tritt got his first big break when he signed with Warner Bros. Records in 1989, releasing seven albums on that label. He has had seven of his albums go platinum and five number one hit singles on the Hot Country Songs chart. He has received two Grammy Award nominations and is a four-time winner of the Country Music Association.

After collaborating with soul musician Sam Moore in 2006 Travis Tritt came across American Idol judge Randy Jackson. Jackson was impressed with Travis Tritt’s sound saying, “I knew you could sing, but I had no idea you could do that blue-eyed soul thing”. After meeting with Jackson, Tritt had found his dream collaborator. What came out of this collaboration was the 2007 album The Storm, which was a big hit. This gave Tritt the opportunity to really emphasize his soul side, which was often overlooked by listeners who are not familiar with the connection between country and R&B. With hit songs “You Never Take me Dancing” and “Doesn’t the Good Outweigh the Bad” Tritt brings a blues meets R&B sound that will leave fans begging for more.
