Celebrate Valentine’s Day with your main squeeze at CRUSH at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, where Executive Chef William DeMarco has created a romantic menu to heat up the occasion, available exclusively on Tuesday, Feb. 14 (Pictured: Punch Drunk Love Cocktail – Photo credit: Peter Harasty)

Dinner will begin with a sweet and salty starter of Roasted Baby Beets and Prosciutto served with crispy polenta cake, fresh figs, baby candy cane and yellow beets. The second course will feature Diver Sea Scallops topped with beech mushrooms and a port wine reduction. Aged Grilled Sirloin Steak served with potato gratin strudel will be served as the main course. The meal will conclude with a decadent dessert, the Chocolate Seduction, a mouthwatering array of hand-selected chocolates. This four-course meal is priced at $89 per person plus tax.

The Punch Drunk Love cocktail pairs well with the celebratory menu and is made with mint-infused Hendricks gin, Lillet Rosé, fresh watermelon juice and fresh lime juice, priced at $14.
