CRUSH at MGM Grand’s Four-Course Valentine’s Day Menu Gets Frisky
CRUSH at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend with a playful four-course meal, available from Friday, Feb. 12 through Sunday, Feb. 14 (Pictured: Punch Drunk Love Cocktail – Photo credit: Peter Harasty).
Prepared by Corporate Executive Chef Billy DeMarco, dinner begins with a tease: roasted baby beets and prosciutto served with a crispy polenta cake, fresh figs, baby candy cane and yellow beets. The next course, a first kiss, follows, and includes Mediterranean Sea Bass prepared with beech mushrooms in a port wine reduction. Sparks fly with the main course, an Aged Grilled Sirloin Steak served with a potato gratin strudel. The meal will conclude with a chocolate seduction, a rich array of hand-selected chocolate.
As romance is best served with a little bit of bubbly, CRUSH will offer the Punch, Drunk, Love, a romantic blend of mint-infused Hendricks gin, Lillet Rosé, fresh watermelon juice and fresh lime juice, priced at $14.
