CRUSH at MGM Grand will welcome attendees of the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) to dine on a decadent three-course menu, served from Thursday, Jan. 5 through Sunday, Jan. 8 (Pictured: Grilled Salmon – Photo credit: Jim Decker).
Prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, the three-course CES menu begins with one of four starters: Caesar salad topped with lemon honey vinaigrette and pretzels bites; heirloom tomatoes served with burrata and drizzled with balsamic glaze and pesto; Alaskan crab risotto, made with oven-roasted tomatoes and a parmesan tuile; or ricotta gnocchi, topped with braised short-rib and served atop a creamy pea purée.

The main course offers a choice between: grilled salmon served with oyster mushrooms in a carrot miso broth; half-roasted chicken with broccolini and chicken jus; or the charred New York sirloin, served with a potato purée and caramelized shallots. The menu concludes on a sweet note with a chef’s tasting of desserts. The CES menu is offered to any attendee who shows a convention badge and is priced at $75 per person.
