CRUSH to Participate in 2014 Restaurant Week to Aid Three Square Food Bank

at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will participate in Fall Las Vegas Restaurant Week from Friday, August 22 to Thursday, August 28 with a specialty dinner menu to benefit Three Square Food Bank (Pictured: Grilled Salmon – Photo credit: Jim Decker). 

The dinner menu is priced at $50.14 and will feature three courses. Guests may start with the choice of Arugula Salad with shaved fennel, radish and lemon or Scallop Crudo served with yuzu vinaigrette and red Fresno pepper. For the main entrée, guests may enjoy the option of Grilled Salmon served with oyster mushroom and carrot miso broth or a Sliced NY Strip Steak topped with chimichurri vinaigrette. To end the night on a sweet note, guests may enjoy the Nutella Squeeze: an ice cream sandwich topped with chocolate whipped cream, Nutella cream and caramelized hazelnut.
