Love is in the air! Therapy restaurant, located in the Fremont East Entertainment District, invites lovers to enjoy a romantic prix fixe menu in honor of Valentine’s Day on Wednesday, Feb. 14 (Pictured: Roasted Duck)

Priced at $40 per person, Executive Chef Talen Lancaster has created an exclusive three-course menu including an appetizer, entrée and dessert.

The first course begins with a choice between French onion soup, made with caramelized onions, beef broth, gruyere and white truffle; or the restaurant’s signature beet salad, made with roasted baby beets, creamy goat cheese, hazelnuts, hearts of palm and orange ash.

Entrée options include freshly grilled swordfish, topped with lemon and sauce verte, paired with a side of asparagus; a petit filet, topped with onion jam and bordelaise, served with a side of roasted marble potatoes; or roasted duck breast, topped with pepita granola and huckleberry jus, served with a side of roasted root vegetables and butternut squash.

Dessert options include crumbled carrot cake or chocolate banana bread pudding.

To accompany the meal, Therapy will offer a special on Veuve Clicquot champagne, priced at $15 by the glass, or $75 by the bottle.
