The newly-remodeled Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse Las Vegas, offering an unparalleled steakhouse experience just steps away from The Strip, invites guests to enjoy an evening of decadence and indulgence with five-course menu and paired Darioush wines.
On Wednesday, October 24, from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m., guests are invited to enjoy a dining experience crafted for connoisseurs. The focal points of the evening include a line-up of vintage wines from Napa Valley, with each varietal celebrating all three prestigious estates of Darioush. With vineyards located in Southern Napa Valley, Mount Veeder, and Valley floor, the atypical climates and old-world labor-intensive traditions have developed the uniquely flavored Darioush wines enjoyed today.
Del Frisco’s Las Vegas Executive Chef Fernando Guerrero will enhance the evening with a laudatory five-course meal. The meal will commence with passed hors d’oeuvres, including the Australian A-9 Wagyu Beef Tartare. Highlights of the dining experience are comprised of dishes like the Five Spiced Braised Short Rib and 45 Day Dry-Aged Bone-In Prime Ribeye. The evening will conclude with a Dark Chocolate Butter Cake for dessert.
