The band will be performing in support of their critically acclaimed new album “Hypercaffium Spazzinate,” their first studio release since 2004’s “Cool to Be You.”

Formed in 1978 in Manhattan Beach, Calif, Descendents are Karl Alvarez (bass), Milo Aukerman (vocals), Bill Stevenson (drums) and Stephen Egerton (guitar). They have released seven studio albums, including their 1982 debut “Milo Goes to College.”

The punk quartet’s music is self-described by Stevenson as a “coffee’d-out blend of rock-surf-pop-punk music.” Aukerman’s on-again, off-again love affair with academia – he served as a researcher in biochemistry – has led to a series of hiatuses, leaving fans eager for each anticipated reunion. Together in their current run since 2010, Descendents continue to energize audiences with their live performances and decades of experience.

Doors for Descendents at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas open at 7 p.m. This show is for ages 18+. Venue presale tickets are available starting at $29.50 on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. PT using password “COFFEE.” General admission tickets start at $29.50 (plus applicable service fees) and are on sale to the public on Friday, Feb. 17 at 10 a.m. PST at the Brooklyn Bowl box office, by calling 877.987.6487 or online at http://ticketf.ly/2kM0Zpj.
