Director Tim Burton Attends The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage
Director Tim Burton, known for films such as Edward Scissorhands and Alice in Wonderland, along with famed music producer Giles Martin, attended the 7 pm performance of The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage in Las Vegas tonight, April 23, 2012 (Photo credit: Lauren Lubas/Cashman Photography).
The two, accompanied by seven other friends, enjoyed margaritas and snacked on popcorn while watching the show.
Afterwards, the entire group went backstage to meet the excited cast and pose for pictures. Burton loved the show and was particularly impressed by the costumes. He even stopped in the wardrobe room to take pictures of some of the vibrant pieces.
Martin co-produced the GRAMMY award winning LOVE soundtrack along with his father George Martin, legendary Beatles producer.
