Enjoy Las Vegas 2018

National Field Archery Association
Las Vegas is one of the most well-known cities in the world. While Las Vegas has long been the gambling capital of the Western Hemisphere, Las Vegas has been popular for its entertainment events as well as luxury restaurants and bars for a long time (Pictured; National Field Archery Association)

Here are some examples of what’s coming up in 2018.

Vegas Shoot

In February, the National Field Archery Association will hold its annual event at the South Point Hotel & Casino. The event attracts archers from all over the globe including those new to the sport as well as Olympic athletes. The Vegas shoot consists of a three day competition with a large payout of cash prizes. Annually about 3,000 archers attend with even more spectators.

The Walking Gourmet Culinary Mystery Tours

Taking the idea of a walking tour and combining it with a culinary venture makes this an event not to miss. The event will occur several times so you can take advantage of it throughout the year. Choose from tours beginning at either the Mandalay Bay or the Palazzo Hotel which is part of the Venetian casino complex. Expect to visit anywhere from 4 to 5 restaurants. Make sure you bring your appetite as each stop will provide as many as four foods to taste as well as cocktails to sip. The tour lasts around three hours and the pricing for the event is all inclusive.

Monster Jam World Finals

A family event, the Monster Jam World Finals will once again take place at Sam Boyd Stadium from March 23 to 24. Event goers can choose to attend just one day of the event or purchase a pass for both days. A pit party is also hosted and can be attended prior to the event after purchasing tickets.

While these are just three of the events to be held in Las Vegas this year, there are even more to offer visitors to this exciting American city and as the city experienced a decline in number of visitors for the first time since 2014 last year, it’s crucial for these events to attract as many people as possible to bring back the visitors.
