Executive Chef Geno Bernardo Hosts Cooking Class at Nove Italiano on Aug. 28

Executive Chef Geno Bernardo is inviting all home cooks to participate in his intimate cooking class titled, Eat-Aly at Nove Italiano at noon on Saturday, Aug. 28.

Recently traveling to Italy this summer, he has incorporated all the flavors, seasonings and spices he experienced into his five course cooking class. Each Italian dish is dedicated to a different Italian city from Rome, Florence, Portofino, Milano and finally Torino. These dishes include a variety of the finest ingredients to make each dish come alive with only one bite.

Chef Geno will take home cooks on an up-close-and-personal culinary adventure, while sharing insider tips on cooking fine Italian cuisine in the Nove kitchen. The cost of each cooking class is $75 per person. Space is limited. For reservations, please call 702.942.6856.
