FANTASY Heats Up Valentine’s Day at Tacos & Tequila and Rice & Company Feb. 1-28

FANTASY will team up with Tacos & Tequila (T&T) and Rice & Company to invite couples to feel the love with dinner and show packages at Luxor Hotel and Casino, throughout February. 

Valid February 1 – 28, the “Get a Heart On” packages include a full date night of entertainment with a prix fixe menu at either restaurant, two tickets to FANTASY and a 2013 “Barely Bejeweled” calendar.

The T&T prix fixe menu, created by Executive Chef Saul Ortiz, features three courses of flavorful Mexican cuisine beginning with the delicious Sampler for Two which includes a shrimp ceviche shot, chicken quesadillas and beef flautas. Lovers can continue their date-night dining with their choice of the Trio of Enchiladas served with cheese, chicken divorciadas and beef barbacoa; the Taste of T&T with a chicken tamal and chile relleno; or the Combination Taco Platter featuring steak, chicken and carnitas. All entrée options will be served with black beans and rice.

For the final course, guests may savor a delectable dessert sampler for two including Mexican Flan; a Chocolate Morinita Sundae made with a chocolate brownie topped with cinnamon ice cream; and Tres Leches Cake.

Rice & Company’s Executive Chefs Danny Chen and John Kan created the sumptuous three-course Lovers’ Menu. The menu starts with the “Flirty Beginnings” course which offers couples a choice between the House Mixed Greens Salad with Rice & Company’s signature ginger dressing, Egg Drop Soup or the Naughty and Spice Roll, a tantalizing blend of shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, cilantro and mango topped with salmon, avocado and sliced strawberries.

The “Seductive Temptations” course will give guests the option of Beef and Broccoli stir-fried in garlic oyster sauce; Garlic Shrimp with Vegetables tossed in a tangy garlic sauce with stir-fried vegetables; or Chicken Teriyaki with onions glazed in teriyaki sauce. All entrées will include white or brown rice served family style. During the “Exotic Encore” course, guests may enjoy the delightfully sweet Exotic Fruits and Berries dessert served with white peach sake and mint yogurt.

FANTASY performs nightly at 10:30 p.m. in the Atrium Showroom at Luxor. Tickets start at $39, plus taxes and handling fees.  Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Rice & Company’s atmosphere combines classic and contemporary design features, offering guests a dynamic setting in which to enjoy their dining experience.
