Festivities Abound with a Shamrockin’ St. Patrick’s Day at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas

For starters, enjoy the lauchcremesuppe, a creamy leek soup garnished with croutons and chives available for $6. Please the pallet with the Gebackener Tortenbrie, breaded brie cheese fried golden brown, served with spring salad bouquet, and garnished with fried parsley and cranberries for $15. The pot o’ gold for the evening, the Gepökelte Ochsenbrust mit Weißkraut, includes tender corned beef brisket served with steamed cabbage, carrots and mashed potatoes for $20. Another mouthwatering option is the HB Schweinshaxen, made of crispy pork shanks served with potato and bread dumpling, green cabbage bacon salad and dark beer gravy for $20.

On the other end of the rainbow is the finale of Brotpudding, a delectable fusion of bread and butter pudding served with vanilla ice cream, whiskey sauce and whipped cream available for $10. For the specialty cocktail, get lucky with the Screwy Leprechaun, a blend of Malibu Rum, Blue Curacao and orange juice, served in a 15 oz. hurricane glass for $15.
