, the innovative team behind a long and growing list of Las Vegas’ hottest restaurants, today announced the opening of Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza in The LINQ, the city’s newest retail, dining and entertainment district. 

Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza offers guests a unique spin on a pizzeria eatery, with a creative menu that includes individual brick oven-style pizzas, Italian-inspired appetizers, pasta dishes, Panini’s and salads. The pizzeria also features handcrafted cocktails as well as an extensive beer program with seasonal beers and wines on draft.

“We created Flour & Barley to be the perfect complement to the electric atmosphere of The LINQ,” said Billy Richardson, founding partner of Block16 Hospitality. “Flour & Barley is a destination spot for anyone in search of delicious wood-fired pizzas, creative menu items, a fantastic beer and wine selection and a place to soak up the excitement of The LINQ.”

Renown chef and Block16 Director of Culinary Operations Anthony Meidenbauer, developed Flour & Barley’s inventive menu that goes beyond standard pizza offerings, spotlighting high-quality ingredients including pizzas made with All Trumps® flour, San Marzano tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella, and house-made and unique toppings including fennel sausage, calabrian chili, roasted cauliflower, prosciutto cotto and more.

“Pizza pies and craft beer is our specialty here at Flour & Barley, but our menu goes far beyond the basics with dishes inspired by Sicilian and Calabrian cooking,” said Chef Meidenbauer. “At Flour & Barley, our guests can enjoy classic pizzas, pastas and sandwiches, or try a pizza they’ve never had before such as our Pizza Bianca with crema, fontina cheese, pancetta, broccoli rabe and artichokes, or our Funghi pizza featuring roasted mushrooms, truffle cheese and arugula.”

Designed as a rustic sports bar, the 3,800-square-foot pizzeria is adorned with a natural wood and brick interior, a marble bar top and marble tabletops, complemented by vintage posters and classic black and white sports photography. The restaurant also features a 1,200-square-foot patio opening to The LINQ’s entertainment district, and a to-go window serving fresh-made slices, making it well situated to serve guests of The LINQ’s various attractions.
