“Fools Rush in Weekend” with UB40 Former Members Ali, Astro and Mickey July 27-28
Ali, Astro and Mickey, former members of Britain’s famed reggae band UB40, are headed to Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas at The LINQ Promenade for a two-night celebration, vintage Vegas style. Fools Rush In Weekend will be held Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28.
Fools Rush In Weekend will feature UB40’s former members playing their biggest hits like “Red Red Wine,” and finding inspiration from their classic cover of Elvis Presley’s “(I Can’t Help) Falling In Love With You” while paying tribute to old Vegas. Brooklyn Bowl will be transformed in homage to time gone by, with a photo booth allowing fans to take pictures with Elvis impersonators and showgirls, classic artwork on display, and more.
The kitchen will also transform its menu for the occasion, offering flavors of old Vegas and UB40-themed cocktails including classic “Red Red Wine” specials. UB40 former members Ali, Astro and Mickey have a limited number of West Coast tour dates. Fools Rush In weekend at Brooklyn Bowl will be the first two of only seven performances on their west coast run.
