After spending the day sipping cocktails and enjoying the Las Vegas sun in their private cabana at MGM Grand’s pool, former Bachelors Ben Higgins and Nick Viall were spotted enjoying a delicious dinner at China Tang

The duo was casually dressed in dark shirts and jeans and were accompanied by two guests in the private dining room of the newest restaurant inside MGM Grand.

Shortly after arrival, there was a traditional noodle pulling demonstration by the chef on the stage inside the main dining room. Higgins and Viall enjoyed the demonstration and jumped on the stage to take pictures with the chef. The two Bachelor alums also enjoyed live musical performance later in the evening. The dining room comes alive with Chinese musical entertainment and noodle pulling performances each night during dinner service.

The group started with decadent dumplings that included Xiao Long Bao, a soup dumpling filled with broth and pork, and served with a tangy black vinegar sauce, and Angus Beef Potstickers. Following their Dim Sum appetizers, the group indulged in the fresh and flavorful Crispy Fried Seabass and signature Wagu Fried Rice.

China Tang serves some of the finest cuisine from Canton, with a touch of Sichuan, a dash of Beijing and a unique repertoire of dim sum. Striking displays of culinary showmanship paired with ancient Chinese cooking methods result in a new-to-Las Vegas dining experience that radiates originality and personality.

Throughout the night the two former Bachelors documented their dining experience on social media:
