The delicious array does not stop there, as the meal ends with a delightful dessert, Black sesame chocolate creameux, mint fondant and purple taro ice cream.

For those who prefer a vegetarian selection, Chef Ho has also prepared a tasty selection of Steamed dim sum, hot and sour soup with Yuba, braised Chinese pak choi with pumpkin sauce and more, finishing off with a beautiful assortment of seasonal fresh fruit for dessert.
