Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant Launches Exclusive New Menu for Golden Week Created in Collaboration with StreetXO’s David Munoz
This autumn, Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant will celebrate the Chinese festival of Golden Week with the launch of a limited edition a la carte menu, featuring new dishes conceptualized in collaboration with Hakkasan Executive Chef Tong Chee Hwee and Chef David Muñoz – owner and Executive Chef of StreetXO in Mayfair, London (Pictured: Stir-fry rib eye beef, gnocchi and lily bulb).

Bringing together each brand’s collective and diverse influences to create a one-off dining experience at Hakkasan, the new menu will be unlike anything seen in Hakkasan before. Combining Hakkasan Restaurant’s incomparable style with Muñoz’s inimitable approach to fine dining, Muñoz, whose reputation is as the ‘enfant terrible of Spanish gastronomy’, has been working with Hakkasan’s award-winning bar team and chefs to bring his unique style to the whole menu.
Spanish tortilla dim sum at Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant
The new menu fuses the two culinary masters’ Cantonese and Spanish influences. The Tortilla dim sum with truffle and quail egg is a Spanish twist on a Cantonese classic dish, using one of Spain’s most famous and beloved dishes in a unique Hakkasan style. Hakkasan’s signature stir-fry rib eye is served with gnocchi and lily bulb.
Hakkasan and StreetXO’s talented pastry teams have worked together to create the Naranja Chang dessert, meaning ‘orange’ in both Spanish and Chinese. Pedro Ximenez sherry, using Spanish grapes, brings sweetness to the dessert, with citrus and mandarin.
Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant will celebrate the annual Chinese festival Golden Week from September 25 to October 22.
