Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Strip Launches New Breakfast Menu
The Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Strip unveiled a new breakfast menu created by the restaurant’s newly appointed Executive Chef, Bill Rohm, which is available daily from 8:30 to 11 a.m. One of his first priorities upon joining the iconic restaurant was to turn up the volume on the existing breakfast menu to feature some guest favorites.
Blueberry Pancakes
New menu items include the Rockin Corn Flake Crusted French Toast: Texas Toast dipped in cinnamon vanilla cream, coated with crushed corn flakes and deep fried to a golden brown, topped with a mixed berry compote and served with a choice of sausage links or smoked bacon; Slider Benedict: toasted English muffins topped with baby arugula, grilled slider patties, poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce and crisp bacon, served with breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit; and Huevos Rancheros: corn tortillas topped with Spanish red sauce, over easy eggs, chorizo, mixed cheese, avocado and sour cream, served with breakfast potatoes, to name a few.
Breakfast Burger
Served on the second floor, guests can enjoy breakfast while overlooking the famous Las Vegas Strip and indulge in bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys for only $15, while listening to live and acoustic sets from talented local musicians on the patio.
Corn Flake Crusted French Toast
“Chef Bill is a great addition to our team,” said James Reynolds, General Manager at Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Strip. “Our guests are already excited for the new breakfast menu items, and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for the future!”
Prior to joining Hard Rock Cafe, Rohm served as the Director of Culinary for Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville. Rohm has performed more than 18 restaurant openings for several concepts and brings more than 30 years of back of house management experience to the position, including Planet Hollywood, Sheraton Hotels, the Steamboat Yacht Club and Viacom.
