Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Celebrates Elvis Week with Memorabilia, Specialty Cocktail and Menu Items Aug. 11-15

Guests are encouraged to indulge from Aug. 11-15, with two new menu items fit for The King at Johnny Smalls. The Elvistini cocktail, inspired by Elvis’ favorite fried peanut butter and banana sandwich and created with a blend of Baileys, Creme de Banane, Chambord, and Frangelico is served with a Johnny Small’s twist for $12. Chef Scott Minervini also creates a Peanut Butter and Banana Beignet with Candied Pepper Bacon ‘Fries,’ available for $8.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino features a number of memorabilia items on display throughout the property including the Shooting Star Jumpsuit, made For Elvis Presley in 1972 by designer Bill Belew; a Gibson Dove guitar with ELVIS PRESLEY inlaid in mother of pearl on the fingerboard; and The Elvis Gun, a 357 magnum from Elvis’ personal collection.

Johnny Smalls, by The Dolce Group, takes a no-hassle approach to dining with no reservations, no sequence of service, no entrees, no problems. Johnny Smalls offers small plates and big fun with a menu of more than 50 shareable dishes encompassing Spanish tapas, Asian dim sum, Italian antipasti, Mediterranean mezze, Mexican antojitos, classic American starters and zesty original skewers. Chef Scott Minervini spotlights the most delicious flavors at Johnny Smalls, regardless of origin and cultural boundaries, at a great price point. Prices for these whimsical dishes range from $6 – 12. Johnny Smalls offers a Happy Hour with 2-for-1 specialty cocktails at the bar and select appetizers starting at only $4. Happy Hour takes place Wednesday – Sunday from 5 – 7 pm.

Hours of operation: 5pm – 11pm Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, bar is open till midnight; 5pm – midnight Friday – Saturday, bar is open till 1am
