Have a Holly Jolly Time at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa with Holiday-Inspired Food and Beverage Specials
Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa, a AAA Four Diamond Resort, will offer new food and beverage specials at select restaurants and bars available during the month of December and exclusively for Christmas Day on Sunday, Dec. 25 (Christmas Meal at FARM 24-7).
FARM 24-7, Aliante’s unique 24-hour farm-to-table café, will feature a traditional Christmas lunch and dinner complete with a harvest salad, roast turkey with gravy, apple cranberry stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, a dinner roll and pumpkin pie for $17 from 11 a.m. to midnight on Christmas Day only.
Bistro 57 will open at 2 p.m. on Christmas Day and offer a three-course holiday dinner including a frisee and radicchio salad with candied pecans, cranberries, figs and blue cheese tossed in a lemon honey vinaigrette; traditional brined turkey with pecan stuffing; mashed sweet potatoes; Brussels sprouts with pancetta and cranberry sauce; and bread pudding with caramel ice cream, priced at $30. Bistro will also offer a veal rague with pappardelle pasta, priced at $22, and a warm panettone with cinnamon ice cream, priced at $9, available throughout the month of December.
MRKT Sea & Land, Aliante’s signature steakhouse, will offer a traditional three-course Christmas dinner featuring a choice of crème of butternut squash soup with candied walnuts or Roquefort pear salad with mustard vinaigrette; a slow-roasted turkey breast with herb stuffing; mashed potatoes; candied yams; green beans; cranberry-walnut chutney and cranberry cheesecake, priced at $42 on Christmas Day beginning at 3 p.m. MRKT will also feature a braised kurobuta shank with creamed leek risotto and pearl onions, priced at $40, during the month of December.
The Salted Lime will feature a three-course dinner with a house salad made with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and radishes topped with crispy red and blue tortillas and pepita dressing; a shrimp chile relleno with tomatillo cream sauce as the entrée; and a pumpkin flan for dessert for $20 on Christmas Day starting at 4 p.m.
Medley Buffet will also be featuring Christmas offerings on Christmas Day starting at 10 a.m., for $17.99 with a Players Club card and $22.99 without a Players Club Card.
