, with its perfect balance of crave-worthy steakhouse fare and American classics alongside an extensive wine and cocktail program, gears up for summer with new, seasonal menu items, summer-inspired cocktails and a brand new lunch service. 

With Spa Aquae and the popular pool, JW Marriott Las Vegas is already the place to unwind, now guests can enjoy a lighter menu at Hawthorn Grill with the availability of lunch six days a week (Sundays excluded) from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Lunch items include a variety of fresh picks such as Rainbow Kale Salad made with red cabbage, shaved apple, smoked almonds, quinoa, parmesan and citrus vinaigrette or The Hawthorn Cobb with market greens, blue cheese, sieved egg, tomato, onion, roasted corn, avocado, red wine vinaigrette and a choice of protein as an add-on; as well as Hawthorn Grill favorites including Mojito Fries served with garlic, cilantro, citrus and roasted poblano aioli, Spinach & Artichoke Dip made with Boursin and feta cheese and served with pita chips, Sriracha Wings accompanied with shaved vegetables, sesame and Thai vinaigrette and the Hawthorn Burger prepared with aged cheddar, butter pickle, lettuce, tomato and secret sauce on a brioche bun. The lunch menu also features a Steak Sandwich with grilled strip steak, charred scallions, tomato aioli and roasted mushrooms; Grilled Chicken Sandwich with gruyere, pickled onion, spicy mayo, bibb lettuce and a brioche bun; Short Rib Flatbread with grilled onion, avocado, roasted garlic and gruyere and the From The Garden Flatbread with broccolini, roasted mushrooms, tomato, pesto and goat cheese.

Guests can find some seasonal additions on the dinner menu including Asparagus & Burrata with radish, cucumber, toasted almonds and basil; Gem Lettuce Salad with radish, red onion and herb dressing; Amberjack Yellowtail with Thai chile sauce; Veal Chop with black truffle butter; Grilled Sweet Corn with lime, chiles, cilantro and parmesan; and Roasted Asparagus with piquillo peppers and garlic. For those opting for dessert, guest can try the new Trio of Profiteroles with coffee, pistachio and strawberry ice cream and milk chocolate ganache or the Citrus Lemon Meringue Tart with raspberry coulis and raspberry white chocolate ice cream.

Hawthorn Grill also explores the seasonal summer flavors at the bar with inspirational updates to classic and signature cocktails including Spice Market Old Fashioned with Knob Creek bourbon, spiced maple syrup and Moroccan bitters; Barcelona Sangria made with the freshest fruits, red wine and brown sugar; Summer Mule with peach puree, Cîroc pineapple vodka and lemon, topped with ginger beer; Watermelon Mojito with diced watermelon, mint, lime and Pyrat ZO rum; Purple Haze made with fresh blackberries, mint, Cointreau and Knob Creek bourbon; and Key Lime Pie Martini with Absolut Citron, lime, coconut and Licor 43 served in a graham cracker crust rimmed glass.

Hawthorn Grill is open daily for breakfast 6 – 11 a.m. Monday – Saturday with the weekday breakfast buffet beginning at 7 a.m. Sunday mornings is home to Brunch with the brunch menu available 6 a.m. – 1 p.m. and the brunch buffet is 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. Lunch is served daily Monday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Dinner service is as available 5 – 10 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 5 – 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The bar and lounge are open daily from 4 – 11 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 4 p.m. – 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
