HEXX Kitchen + Bar Celebrate to Extend Brunch to Monday for Memorial Day Weekend

Brunch selections include the cinnaroll waffle topped with cream cheese frosting, cinnamon and maple syrup, priced at $13.95; the gravlax benedict made with fresh gravlax served with an English muffin, topped with hollandaise, red onion and dill, priced at $16.95; and the HEXX burger topped with American cheese, fried onions, bacon, served in a white chocolate bun, priced at $18.95.
Amid unparalleled views of the Las Vegas Strip, guests may pair their brunch dishes with bottomless mimosas, priced at $23 per person. Additional morning cocktail offerings include HEXX’s signature bloody marys, including the colossal bloody mary, made with organic basil-infused vodka and house-made bloody mary mix, and garnished with jumbo shrimp, an Alaskan King crab leg, bacon, beef stick, peppers and pickled vegetables, served in a mini-pitcher made for sharing, priced at $38.
