Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas to Celebrate Mother’s Day With a Bounty of Delicious Fare
Muttertag, or Mother’s Day, is just around the corner and Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is celebrating with a special menu of delectable dishes designed with mom in mind. On Sunday, May 12, the restaurant will say “Prost!” to mothers, who will receive a complementary glass of champagne when they dine inside the iconic beer hall and garden.
Strawberry Kiss Cocktail
Mother’s Day specials include Spargelsuppe “Schwarzwälder Art” (“Black Forest” asparagus soup garnished with ham, croutons and chives), Spargel mit Lachs (sautéed asparagus and tomatoes served with smoked salmon and dill dip), and Hähnchen Cordon Bleu (breaded chicken cordon bleu served with a spring potato-cucumber salad and cranberries).

For dessert, enjoy HB Erdbeer Crepes (warm homemade crepes filled with fresh strawberries and served with vanilla ice cream). A specialty cocktail, Mom’s Strawberry Kiss (Tequila Rose, Kahlua and milk served in a martini glass with a pink sugar rim) will also be available.
