Cannery Casino Hotel will bring a variety of highly-acclaimed entertainers to The Club in April, including Hollywood’s Greatest Game Shows, featuring legendary game show host Bob Eubanks, rap stars Coolio, Tone Loc and Young MC (pictured), as well as progressive rock artist Jon Anderson of Yes.

April entertainment will also feature free live entertainment at Pin-Ups Bar and Victory’s Bar & Grill all month long.

The live interactive game show “Hollywood’s Greatest Game Show” combines versions of “The Newlywed Game,” “Let’s Make a Deal,” “Card Sharks,” “Family Feud,” “Name That Tune,” “Love Connection,” “Dealers Choice” and many other games performed live on stage.

Guests will relive decades of game show history with captivating host Bob Eubanks. An international legend and celebrated game show host, Eubanks has held a famed place in entertainment history by hosting “The Newlywed Game” and has received a Lifetime Achievement Emmy Award for his contributions to national television. Eubanks will bring his wit and seasoned talent to the stage for an unforgettable evening.

Coolio, Tone Loc & Young MC

Coolio

Best-known for his No. 1, Grammy Award-winning hit “Gangsta’s Paradise,” multi-platinum recording artist Coolio has enjoyed a successful rap career, selling more than 20 million records worldwide. Throughout his career, Coolio has won an American Music Award, three MTV Awards, two Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards and a World Music Award.

Audiences will enjoy Coolio’s performances of his top hits, including “Gangsta’s Paradise,” “Fantastic Voyage,” “1, 2, 3, 4 (Sumpin’ News),” “C U When U Get There,” “Too Hot” and more.

Tone Loc

Rap pioneer Tone Loc was the second rap act ever to reach No. 1 on the Billboard album charts. His album “Loc’d After Dark” of 1989 spawned the hit singles “Wild Thing” and “Funky Cold Medina,” which remain Loc’s best-known hits.

After recording his 1991 follow-up album, “Cool Hand Loc,” the artist put his familiar raspy voice to work on TV and in film, landing roles on the TV series “Roc” and in films, including “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective” with comedic actor Jim Carrey and the animated sci-fi epic “Titan A.E.”

Young MC

Young MC burst into the rap music scene in the late ‘80s with the release of this debut single “I Let ‘Em Know,” and quickly rose to fame after collaborating with rapper Tone Loc on the Top-10 hit “Wild Thing” and their follow up song “Funky Cold Medina.” The rapper’s popularity continued to skyrocket after releasing his Grammy Award-winning hit “Bust A Move,” which reached Top-10 on the music charts and helped Young MC reach platinum sales on his album “Stone Cold Rhymin.’” Young MC when on to release a string of popular albums.

Jon Anderson of YES

Jon Anderson, former lead singer of the progressive rock band Yes, will bring his 1,000 Hands Tour – Past, Present and Future performance to Cannery’s The Club, featuring his iconic voice and best-loved hits. As a member of Yes, Anderson was the author and creative influence behind the band’s ground-breaking album “Fragile,” as well as Yes hits like “Awaken.” “Gates of Delirium” and “Close to the Edge.” Additionally, Anderson co-authored the group’s biggest hits, including “I’ve Seen All Good People,” “Roundabout” and the No. 1 song “Owner of a Lonely Heart.”

Anderson is set to release his solo album “1,000 Hands” this year, which is a collaboration with Grammy-nominated producer Michael Thomas Franklin, featuring notable musicians like Chick Corea, Ian Anderson, Billy Cobham and more.
