House of Blues Welcomes Steel Panther with Brand New Show “Sunset Strip Live!” Dec. 29, 2017
Start the New Year’s Eve revelry early with the boisterous sounds of glam metal quartet Steel Panther at House of Blues Las Vegas on Friday Dec. 29, 2017 as they reprise classic cover songs in their brand new “Sunset Strip Live!” show.
Hailing from Los Angeles, CA, the epicenter for rock n’ roll in all its debauchery and glamour, Steel Panther have established themselves as the premier party band, melding hard rock virtuosity with parody and criminally good looks. Consisting of Michael Starr (vocals), Lexxi Foxx (bass), Stix Zadinia (drums) and Satchel (guitar), Steel Panther has garnered high-profile success with four full-length albums, a decade of sold-out residencies, worldwide touring, platinum-level You Tube status, and television appearances including “Dancing With The Stars,” commercials and most recently, FOX NFL Sunday.
After releasing the singles “Death for All But Metal” and “Community Property,” Steel Panther’s full-length Feel the Steel was released in Oct. 2009. The album broke the band onto the Billboard chart, netting them a spot at 98 on the U.S. charts and 48 on the rock chart. Not wanting the fun to stop, the band got back to it quickly and in 2011 followed up with Balls Out. All You Can Eat (2015) was released to rave reviews hitting No. 24 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart and garnering the band their third consecutive No. 1 album on the Top Current Comedy chart.
In 2016, the band issued their first concert LP, Live from Lexxi’s Mom’s Garage, which was released in conjunction with their first full-length film, which blended vignettes and other assorted antics with the aforementioned glam-folk garage show. In 2017 the band released their fourth studio album, Lower the Bar which is available NOW on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play and at SteelPantherRocks.com. The band recently released “Wasted Too Much Time” featuring Stone Sour.
