Hussong’s Cantina to Open Second Las Vegas Location
Hussong’s Cantina
, the Ensenada original which debuted with its first U.S. location in 2010 at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, followed by a second location in Reno in 2013, will expand with a third location.

The restaurant, which offers Mexican fare with a Baja twist, award-winning margaritas and a buoyant atmosphere, will open this summer in the Boca Park Fashion Village on the west side of Las Vegas.

The opening of this new 3,250 square-foot location marks the debut of the first premium fast-casual location with a full bar, providing all of the ambiance of Hussong’s and the famed margarita with a pared down menu for quick and easy service.

Corporate Executive Chef Noe Alcala, who oversees all of the U.S. outposts of the brand, will spearhead the menu, with the front of house managed by Brian Mangino, a partner who has been named U.S. Director of Operations for the Hussong’s USA.

Highlights of the new menu include expanded taco offerings with new to market specialty items and a one-of-a-kind salsa bar with a variety of unique flavors.

The margarita was created at Hussong’s Cantina Ensenada in 1941 and the now-famous Original Margarita, which took home Best of Las Vegas honors in 2015, will remain the signature libation, backed by an inventive and expansive cocktail menu.
