With the world-famous Fountains of Bellagio splashing in the background, Hyde is the premier spot to relax, refresh and take in all Vegas has to offer this summer.
Hyde Bellagio South Terrace
Every evening beginning at 5 p.m., guests can cool off while enjoying signature cocktails from sbe’s award-winning mixology program and snacking on popular small plates from neighboring Circo. Highlights from this summer’s mouth-watering menu include Kusshi Oysters, Ahi Tuna Tartar “Cones,” Caprese Crostini and more. Hyde’s summery libations pair perfectly with these chilled dishes and are ideal for enjoying while taking in a prime view of the fountain show. Guests can sip on new cocktails like the Strawberry Shandy muddled with fresh strawberries or the Hyde Bramble – an icy infusion of Plymouth Gin, St. Germain, fresh lemon juice and blackberry foam. Perfect for sharing with groups of friends, Hyde’s expert mixologists also serve unique and refreshing pitchers of Sangria, Strawberry Basil Lemonade and Spicy Hurricane.
Hyde Bellagio – North Terrace
As the night gets later, Hyde seamlessly transitions into Vegas’ premier nightlife venue. Showcasing fresh, up-and-coming DJs and playing host to the hottest celebrities, the late-night experience at Hyde is a favorite among locals and tourists alike. Along with a center- stage view of the fountains, the outdoor terrace opens up the venue, allowing the cool night air to wash over guests partying out on the dance floor or enjoying bottle service at one of Hyde’s plush VIP tables.
On Thursdays at 9 p.m., the lights are dimmed and the mics are turned up as “Live Music Thursdays” transforms the venue into Vegas’ hottest lounge. This summer, the lineup includes special sets by The Paul Charles Band, The Peter Love Band and resident entertainer Mahi Crabbe.
