J. Cole to Bring 2014 Forest Hills Drive Tour to The Axis at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino July 18, 2015
J. Cole, the Grammy-nominated and platinum-selling rapper, has announced that his 2014 Forest Hills Drive Tour will be coming to The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas Saturday, July 18 at 8 p.m.
J. Cole will be joined by special guests YG and Jeremih as well as Dreamville artists Bas, Cozz and Omen. Tickets for the Las Vegas performance go on sale to the public Friday, March 13 at 10 a.m. PT.
Cole’s most recent album 2014 Forest Hills Drive debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Charts and went on to become the highest-selling hip hop album of 2014. Receiving acclaim from the likes of NPR, Complex, The Los Angeles Times and others, the album name is derived from the address of his actual childhood home in Fayetteville, North Carolina. It serves as a meditation on the value of love relative to worldly success. The 2014 Forest Hills Drive house marked a change for a young Cole and it spawned his path in rap.
