Jayde Fuzion to Transform into All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Dining Experience
After the unprecedented success of Jayde Fuzion’s all-you-can-eat sushi offering, the restaurant at M Resort Spa Casino will transform its current space into an all-new, all-you-can-eat sushi experience.
Beginning March 18, guests will be able to enjoy all-you-can-eat sushi and a selection of Asian fusion dishes, whether dining tableside or at the sushi bar. New hours of operation will be Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m.
Three distinct all-you-can-eat menus will also be available, allowing guests to fully customize their experience to include fresh sushi and/or a variety of Jayde specialties. Each menu comes with miso soup, edamame, pickled Asian cucumber salad and, for guests 21 and over, a carafe of sake. Menu selections include:
- All-you-can-eat sushi and nigiri for $24.95
- All-you-can-eat Jayde specialties for $24.95
- The Fuzion – all-you-can-eat sushi, nigiri and Jayde specialties for $32.95
“We’re excited to be able to give our guests what they want – and that’s all-you-can-eat sushi and Asian specialties, all the time,” says Executive Chef Mark Sandoval. “Since we first introduced our all-you-can-eat offering, our guests have shown their affinity for our fresh selections, like real snow crab and high-quality cuts of fish, as well as our signature dishes. Our new menu is customizable, so guests can choose truly enjoy all-you-can-eat sushi their way.”
The all-you-can-eat sushi and nigiri menu includes 10 popular rolls like the spicy tuna, California, Lady Luck, Rainbow, Geisha, Spider, M Girl, Surf and Turf, Jayde and veggie roll in addition to eight nigiri selections: ikura, hamachi, sake, hirame, unagi, maguro, albacore and ebi.
Jayde Fuzion specialties encompass a wide variety of savory Asian dishes. Guests can enjoy items such as pork and vegetable spring rolls, shrimp tempura, steamed BBQ pork buns, pan-fried pot stickers, crispy calamari, chicken lettuce wraps, honey walnut prawns, beef and broccoli, crispy lemon chicken, Chinese fried rice, chow Mein and spicy tofu.
The Fuzion menu includes all of the above listed sushi, nigiri and Jayde specialties for one set price. Guests can also add sashimi, priced at $4.95 for three slices, and dessert, priced at $3.95 each, to their order. Desserts include mochi ice cream in strawberry, mango or green tea, coconut cake with pineapple-mango cream, and chocolate banana eggrolls with almond cream.
Jayde Fuzion offers an intimate dining experience for up to 80 guests with a sushi bar and a private dining room for up to 20 guests. Specializing in all-you-can-eat menu offerings including sushi and Asian specialties, restaurant seating includes booths and tables with great views of the resort’s spectacular pool as well as an outdoor terrace for al fresco dining.
