Jonathan Fine and Katie Epstein Engaged at Rockhouse
Businessman Jonathan Fine is no stranger to proposals. He’s written and reviewed many. But on the night of Tuesday, Aug. 18, at one his own restaurants, Fine made a proposal he would never forget. And she actually said, “YES.”
Fine, owner of the namesake parent company for Las Vegas restaurants PBR Rock Bar & Grill, Rockhouse, Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar and PKWY Tavern Taphouse and Grill, proposed to girlfriend Katie Epstein, director of guest relations & managing partner at El Cortez Hotel & Casino.
Fine and Epstein took to the microphone like any other night of karaoke at Rockhouse. When it came time to sing, Fine produced a ring, got down on one knee in front of an awe-struck Epstein (and unsuspecting crowd) and turned what started as just another night singing karaoke at Rockhouse into an unforgettable moment.
