Kaylani Lei Hosts Birthday Party at Crazy Horse 3 in Las Vegas

Lei arrived at the award-winning gentlemen’s club wearing a leather crop top and skirt with studded heels, posing on the red carpet for photographers with friends before settling into the club’s VIP area, where she was presented with bottle service with Casamigos Reposado Tequila.

The group of girls, including adult film star Juelz Ventura and SiriusXM radio host and adult film star, Annie Cruz, snacked on Crazy Horse 3’s new 24/7 menu items, sampling tacos and feeding each other slices of pizza throughout the evening. Cocktail waitresses presented Lei with a birthday cake as the group sang to her and she blew out the candles.

Lei is best known for her induction into the Adult Video News (AVN) Hall of Fame in 2015 and has been featured in over 200 adult films. She has worked as a radio host with KSEX and has made appearances on the Howard Stern radio show as well as Playboy TV.
