Sugar Factory American Brasserie will make its highly-anticipated debut at Paris Las Vegas on Friday, March 4 (Pictured above: Kim Kardashian will attend the grand opening).
Sugar Factory American Brasserie will open its doors on Friday, March 4, with a star-studded grand opening. Celebrities in attendance will include: Kim Kardashian, Holly Madison, Mel B, David Arquette, Nicole Scherzinger, Bella Thorne, Simon Huck, Jonathan Cheban, Michael Madsen, DJ Havana and more.
The 30,000-square-foot space will house an expansive restaurant and dining room, retail store, decadent Chocolate Lounge and more as it serves up delicious cuisine to patrons 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Sugar Factory's Eggs Benedict

Chocolate Decadence French Toast
Situated in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, with direct access from Las Vegas Boulevard, a spacious patio will frame the entryway, welcoming guests with a myriad of vivid colors and breathtaking design elements into a one-of-a-kind confectionary heaven where the imaginative world of Willy Wonka meets the trendsetting style of MTV.
French Dippin' Sandwich
Known world-wide for its stacked roster of celebrity fans, Sugar Factory will introduce its largest retail store yet at 6,000 square feet, providing patrons with a vast selection of confections, apparel, gift baskets and more. Sugar Factory’s signature Couture Pops will take center-stage, and as a special feature to this flagship store, Sugar Factory will present a special edition, diamond-encrusted Couture Pop valued at $1,000,000. The ‘Million Dollar Couture Pop’ will make its grand entrance at the opening of Sugar Factory on Friday, March 4, in the hands of Kim Kardashian.
Banana Split Waffle
The mouth-watering menu at Sugar Factory American Brasserie was crafted by a team of world-class chefs, including: Executive Chef Michael Sellmann, Corporate Pastry Chef Michael Gillet and Restaurant Consultant Bryan Ogden. The sizeable menu features signature items such as Smoked Salmon Frittata, Grilled Black Angus Filet and Toasted Brioche Eggs Benedict, along with classic favorites such as pizzas, pastas, salads, fresh seafood, steaks, sandwiches, burgers and more. Breakfast options such as gourmet waffles, omelets and crepes. Of course, Sugar Factory American Brasserie will produce an over-the-top dessert menu which includes signature sweet treats such as Raspberry Lemon Brulee Pizza and the King Kong Sundae with 24 different scoops of ice cream, along with homemade gelato, milkshakes, ice cream sundaes, sweet pizzas, pastries and more.
Chocolate Fondue
The Chocolate Lounge, a crown jewel in the colossal compound, acts as an intimate alcove set to deliver the ultimate experience to both novice and veteran chocolate connoisseurs with a vast selection of chocolate fondue options, accompanied by wine, champagne and liquor pairings. Sugar Factory’s Chocolate Lounge will feature chocolates flown in from countries around the world, including Ecuador, Madagascar, Bolivia and the Dominican Republic, just to name a few. Chef Gillet’s one-of-a-kind “Red Velvet Fondue” will make its debut at the Chocolate Lounge, along with homemade bon bons and truffles, frozen hot chocolates and chocolate pizzas. With prices ranging from $28 to $1,000, guests may choose a simple tasting for two, or a decadent feast which includes a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne, Dominican dark chocolate, a gold-chocolate sphere and more.
Chateau Beer Garden will be the premier spot for guests to quench their thirst, grab a bite to eat and enjoy stunning views of the Strip. Located on the second floor with VIP cabanas alongside the edge of the patio, the Beer Garden will open every day starting at 10 a.m. Menu items include beer friendly pizzas, sandwiches, salads and snacks, the perfect complement to 20 different draught beers, dozens of bottled beers and a fully-stocked bar.
