La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway to Spread Christmas Joy with Holiday Dishes and Cocktails

at Wynn Las Vegas will celebrate Christmas with festive dishes and cocktails on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25 (Pictured: Grilled Black Bass)

Prepared by Executive Chef William “Billy” DeMarco, the restaurant will offer grilled black bass topped with tomato vinaigrette and accompanied with baby artichoke ravioli and broccoli rabe, priced at $24. The suggested wine pairing for this dish is the Caparzo, Brunello di Montalcino, Sangiovese, 2007, priced at $27 per glass.

For dessert, guests may enjoy a sweet Christmas treat including mini bûche de noël filled with chocolate buttercream and topped with ganache, priced at $9. Guests may complement this delectable course with a glass of Gagliardo, Villa M, Rosso Dolce, Brachetto, 2012, for an additional $12.

The restaurant will spread holiday cheer with specialty cocktails, priced at $15, such as the Mistletoe Martini made with Butterscotch Schnapps, Godiva white chocolate liqueur and half & half served in a chilled martini glass and La Noche Buena made with Templeton Rye, chai liqueur, Evan Williams apple liqueur and orange bitters served on the rocks.

La Cave is located inside Wynn Las Vegas and is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
