La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway to Celebrate the Big Game with Decadent Food and Drink Specials
La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will turn casual football food into culinary fare for the Big Game, serving an endless spread of tray-passed dishes starting at 2:30 p.m. through the end of the game on Sunday, Feb. 7 (Pictured: Angus Mini Burgers).
Prepared by Corporate Executive Chef Billy DeMarco, the football feast will be priced at $85 per person and will include: steak tacos topped with pickled onion and salsa verde; chorizo, Italian and Andouille sausage flatbread and tomato mozzarella flatbread; chicken gyros topped with a house-made cucumber dill sauce; pulled pork hoagies; lollipop chicken wings; pigs in a blanket; truffle mac & cheese; angus mini burgers; chipotle cole slaw; macaroni salad and more. The price does not include beverages, tax or gratuity.
La Cave will also feature game day desserts with banana bread and a selection of cookies and cupcakes. Diners may also enjoy craft beer bucket specials including Dog Fish Head Sixty One Minute; Innis & Gunn Rum Porter; Brooklyn Brown Ale and Speakeasy Double Daddy IPA, all priced at $45.
La Cave is open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to midnight Friday through Sunday.
