La Cave will offer diners the choice of a four-course menu priced at $95 per person or a five-course dinner priced at $125 per person. The menu will begin with a crispy pork belly Cobb salad topped with tomato confit, 10-minute hard-boiled eggs, Osetra caviar and will be drizzled with a burgundy reduction dressing. The second course will include duck coq au vin made with braised duck breast, cippolini onions and shaved truffles.

The third course features European black sea bass made with Brussels sprouts, lemon jelly and brown butter foam. Diners selecting the five-course dinner will be served an additional course of a Wagyu beef short-rib topped with baby parsnip, bourbon jus and nugget carrots. Both menus will conclude with a decadent dessert sampling.

La Cave is located inside Wynn Las Vegas and is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
