La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway to Spread Christmas Spirit with Holiday Dishes
La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will celebrate the holiday season with specialty dishes available exclusively for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day on Wednesday, Dec. 24, and Thursday, Dec. 25, respectively (Pictured: Grilled Sea Bass – Photo credit: Jim Decker).
Prepared by Executive Chef Billy DeMarco, La Cave will offer a grilled sea bass dish accompanied by cream spinach ravioli, baby parsnip and will be topped with tomato vinaigrette, priced at $24. For dessert, the restaurant will offer a mini bûche de noël filled with chocolate buttercream and topped with ganache, priced at $9.
La Cave is located inside Wynn Las Vegas and is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
