La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway to take Valentines on a Romantic Culinary Journey
Valentines will take a culinary journey to the most romantic cities in the world with La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway’s Valentine’s Day menu on Sunday, Feb. 14 (Pictured: Cavatelli Pasta)

Located at Wynn Las Vegas, the intimate restaurant will deliver diners to four romantic cities: San Francisco, Venice, New York City and Paris.

Prepared by Corporate Executive Chef Billy DeMarco, La Cave’s menu will begin at the Golden Gate in San Francisco with a Seafood Cioppino, made with fresh lobster, prawns and cockle clams in a house-made tomato broth. The menu will continue across the pond to Venice – the Bride of the Sea -with an Italian-style Mascarpone Cavatelli, a decadent combination of braised pulled pork belly and shaved Brussels sprouts followed by an entrée inspired by the Big Apple, New York City, with a New York Black Angus Sirloin, served with a rustic tomato and buttermilk blue cheese salad and compound butter. Guests will finish the meal in the “City of Love,” with Parisian-inspired Opera cake, Eiffel Tower cookie, and a selection of profiteroles. La Cave’s Valentine’s Day food flight is priced at $89 per person.

La Cave will also feature a specialty Valentine’s Day wine flight, with each wine from cities around the world. Priced at $74 per person, selections include Duval-Leroy champagne from Vertus, France; Founder’s Reserve Pinot Noir from Willamette, Ore.; a Bellus Girasole from Tuscany, Italy; and a Broadbent Madeira 10-Year Malmsey.
