La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway to Welcome 2018 CES Attendees with Three-Course Menu
La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will welcome attendees of the 2018 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) to enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu available from Tuesday, Jan. 9 through Friday, Jan. 12 (Pictured: American Wagyu Skirt Steak – Photo credit: Jim Decker).
Prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, La Cave’s CES menu is priced at $65 per person and begins with a baby kale salad mixed with shaved apple, goat cheese and almond vinaigrette. Bacon-wrapped dates with blue cheese fondue will be served for the second course, while the main course will feature American Wagyu skirt steak with baby zucchini and truffle gremolata. A dessert trio, priced at $9, will feature some of La Cave’s most popular selections.
