Lucky is a little person named Brian Thomas who plays the character in full leprechaun garb. He’s become famous for his hourly shows at O’Sheas Dublin Up Bar where he pours free shots for lucky guests.
Goodman also declared O’Sheas the luckiest place in Las Vegas on St. Patrick’s Day and invited all redhead ladies to O’Sheas’ St. Patty’s Day block party for free green beer.
