Las Vegas Model/Dancer Dixie Miranda Dines at Bratalian by Chef Carla Pellegrino
On Thursday, January 4, 2018, Las Vegas Model/Dancer Dixie Miranda dined at Bratalian, the award-winning Italian restaurant by Celebrity Chef Carla Pellegrino. The ladies started off with arugula and pears salad. “The salad was light and refreshing,” said Dixie. “The Candied walnuts added subtle sweetness and crunch to it. It was delicious.”
“For an appetizer we had mussels and clams in garlic butter sauce,” added Fa. “The flavor was so amazing. We really enjoyed this dish.”

Next came one of Chef Carla’s signature dishes, spaghetti and meatballs. “Her Marinara sauce was incredible,” exclaimed Dixie. “It was tangy and well seasoned. The meatball was so flavorful but not overly seasoned. We enjoyed every single bite. We finished off our last course with monkfish wrapped in prosciutto over bed of spinach and lemon butter sauce. We loved the creamy and tangy sauce and the fish was cooked to perfection. For dessert, we had the amazing tiramisu with illy coffee. What a perfect way to end a perfect meal!”
