Las Vegas Weekly’s “All The Vegas” Podcast Hosts Legendary Musical Director Paul Shaffer
All The Vegas, the new definitive Vegas entertainment podcast hosted by Brock Radke and Mark Shunock, features legendary musical director Paul Shaffer in its latest episode.
The Space welcomed Paul direct from New York before his string of September shows at Cleopatra’s Barge at Caesars Palace. Paul joined Brock and Mark to discuss his love of Las Vegas and desire to bring back old-school live entertainment in Vegas casino lounges. He fondly shares stories from working with his musical heroes, legends like James Brown and Aretha Franklin, during his 33 years as music director on Late Night with David Letterman, and Paul and Mark trade tales about leaving their native Canada to join the entertainment industry in New York City.
Paul Shaffer and the Shaf-Shifters will perform at Cleopatra’s Barge at Caesars Palace October 11-13 and November 29-December 1.
All The Vegas is presented by Las Vegas Weekly magazine. Recorded just off the world-famous Las Vegas Strip at The Space, each episode features an in-depth interview with one of the city’s leading personalities from the worlds of entertainment, music, nightlife, food, sports and more. The podcast is a collaboration between Las Vegas Weekly and The Space, the community-driven, charity-based arts complex.
