Lauren Conrad Celebrates Birthday at LAVO and TAO in Las Vegas

Lauren Conrad chose Las Vegas as her destination for her birthday and where else would she celebrate but LAVO and TAO?  (Lauren Conrad and Lauren Bosworth – Photo credit: Denise Truscello).   Lauren arrived Saturday with a mixed group of close friends including rumored boyfriend, actor Kyle Howard and her BFF Lauren “Lo” Bosworth. The group arrived slightly before Lauren and cheered as the birthday girl walked in. The group also surprised Lauren and bought Venetian masks for everyone which they all donned throughout the meal.

Everyone was in great spirits and made their way to LAVO’s exclusive private dining room for a dinner of signature dishes specially prepared for them by Chef Ludo.

Lauren and Kyle shared a quiet moment just outside the private dining room right before a beautiful pale yellow cake with a green bow was presented to the birthday girl. She called all of her girlfriends over to help her blow out candles and pose for photos, then summoned the whole group to don their sparkly masks and smile!

After dinner everyone piled on the TAO/LAVO Escalade for the ride over to TAO. Lauren rode shotgun on Kyle’s lap while sipping a sugar free red bull and getting ready to continue the party at the club. They all cheered and sang as they rode thru the casino.

Birthday girl and friends arrived at TAO and made their way to a private skybox, where she was surprised by more birthday sweets as cupcakes and sparklers made their way to the table and DJ Five gave her a special birthday shout out. They danced the night away sipping Grey Goose cocktails and taking in the sights of a packed house at TAO.

Just next door to Lauren’s skybox, basketball legend Charles Barkley was in a skybox of his own, partying with a large group of friends at TAO for a second night in a row. The celebrity spotting continued with Ashley Newbrough, who plays Sage Baker on CW’s Privileged.

Also starting their night at LAVO were Nicky Hilton and David Katzenberg, joined by Jeff Beacher and comedian Nick Swardson. They group enjoyed chilled shots of Grey Goose at their table on the dance floor and jammed to the sounds of DJ Skratchy. The group headed over to TAO to finish their evening and just missed the arrival of Stavros Niarchros, former fiancé of Nicky’s sister Paris Hilton who also stopped by LAVO before journeying to TAO.

Washington Redskins cornerback Shawn Springs took a VIP table at LAVO and drank Grey Goose and Red Bull cocktails with a group of guys and girls from his hometown of Virginia, and Chris Pines, star of the upcoming summer blockbuster Star Trek took a tour of the club and then sat outside on the LAVO terrace.
